Been in New Mexico for ten days and loving every minute of it. Flew into Albuquerque, drove up to Amalia where we spent most of our time shooting off badass fireworks, currently in Taos. It's beautiful here, sad to be driving back to Albuquerque tomorrow.

So I finished illustrating two books. My mom wrote them, I illustrated, so that's pretty exciting.

The first is the Complete Idiot's Guide to Composting (riveting I know) and it's officially out on the shelves, yay!

The second is the Complete Idiot's Guide to Heirloom Vegetables, and that's going to be out in December.

Has anyone else seen the weirdos.tv commercials on adult swim?

Because honestly those commercials creep me out so badly for some reason that I truly think they're only showing on my television, and if I go there I'll die in some horrible fashion. Ugh, they remind me of Shaye St. John or something.

Sometimes I think people think I'm the idiot/ditz friend. That's fine, I understand that everyone plays a role, but I'm not actually an idiot. Sorry.

It's been a hell of a week. A friendship is apparently in purgatory somewhere and I'm exhausted and broke despite being at work 90% of the time. Yes Eric I do put on a happy-go-lucky facade at all times and I don't really want people to see that I'm human. I almost died of embarrassment when Angela told some friends that I cried over a situation last year.

On the plus side, I stayed up too late making awesome ringtones, and my dog is just so cute.

So various family members are adopting some of the fostered chiweenie puppies, but obviously my parents don't just want to drop the rest back off at the pound.

If anyone is interested or knows anyone who is seriously looking for an adult dog or puppy, please contact me. They won't be very big, so a home without very small children is probably best (bones are easily broken).

Coraline, my parents' foster dog, had her puppies about four weeks ago. Here they are being adorable.

Huh, that was random. I ran into him a couple times about a year ago and he was like, I thought you hated me and I was like nah dude I don't hate you. That's weird that he randomly asked you to give me his number though.

Zombieland was awesome. Tallahassee was the most awesome.
